  きゅうりの端から1mm幅に直径2/3の深さまで切り込みを入れる。 裏返して同様に切る。 横からの動画(角度をつけて包丁のあごをまな板につける)。

  Score 2/3 diameter of cucumber finely, keeping 1/3 uncut. Turn cucumber upside-down and score another side in the same way. Better to hit the edge of your knife to cutting board. Cut 2~3cm thick and use for SUNOMONO (vinegar food)
